We want to shape the future and make a difference in helping the industry to digitize efficiently and democratically. Therefore, we open-sourced all our knowledge and code base in 2021. To get better at something most important is to share experience, feedback, and knowledge. In our opinion, this is the way how the upcoming generation is able to take on the commonly known global challenges: United!

More efficient, more sustainable and future-oriented. Our Mission: “Let’s put the most powerful IT and OT tools in the engineer’s hands.” The technologies are out there open for everyone, yet not available in a simple and effective way. Our Team: We are an open-minded, young, and diverse team full of ambitious sportsmen, creative gamers, party animals, energetic car wrenchers. Unser Standort
We currently have 2 locations: 1st: Collective Incubator: On the Jülicher Straße in Aachen, in good connection to the train station Rothe Erde, our primary office is located in an old machine factory, soon known as the "Campus Jahrhunderthalle". 2nd: Digital Capability Center Aachen: Additionally, we have a recruiting and development location in the learning factory of the DCC. The DCC was founded by McKinsey and the RWTH Aachen University. Additionally, we offer the possibility of hybrid setups and co-working places. A look into the future: We will move our primary office to Cologne in 2023 to provide our employees with even more flexibility in their choice of workplace.
